How does it work?

Every MouseViz license comes with one full year of free updates included. During this period, you will receive all new features, bug fixes, and improvements at no additional cost.

After your update entitlement expires, you have two options:

• Renew for $19 per seat per year to continue receiving all future updates, new features, and improvements.
• Keep your current version and continue using it forever without any additional payments. The app will work exactly as it does today.

Why is this model better?

Traditional software pricing forces a choice: either charge a large one-time fee and struggle to fund ongoing development, or move to a subscription model where users lose access if they stop paying.

Our model gives you the best of both worlds. You own the app outright from day one. The optional annual renewal funds continuous feature delivery, allowing us to ship major updates regularly without ever taking away what you already have.

Is this a subscription?

No. This is not a subscription. When you purchase MouseViz, you buy a perpetual license. The app is yours to keep and use forever, regardless of whether you renew. The renewal only covers access to future updates released after your initial one-year period.

How do I renew?

You can renew your update entitlement through the License Manager. When your update period is about to expire, you will receive a reminder with a link to renew. The renewal process is simple and takes just a few clicks.
