No. MouseViz Pro and Team are one-time purchases. Pay once and own the current version forever. No recurring charges.
How many Macs can I use it on?
Pro licenses work on up to 2 Macs. Team licenses cover up to 5 Macs. You can deactivate a machine and transfer your license at any time.
What's included in the free version?
Real-time heatmap, click pulses, and motion trails with PNG export. Sessions are limited to 3 minutes and exports include a small watermark. It's fully functional for quick demos and personal use.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not happy with MouseViz Pro, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Is there a free trial?

What does AI heatmap analysis do?
It sends your heatmap image and session stats to Claude for automated UX analysis. You get actionable insights about hot zones, dead zones, frustration patterns, and layout recommendations. Your API key is required.
